Access.Accessibility statement

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA. In practice that means the site can be used with a keyboard alone, works with a screen reader, does not rely on colour alone to tell you anything, keeps text readable when you enlarge it, and stops moving when your device asks it to.

Known gaps, stated rather than hidden: the announcement strip at the top of the page rotates on a timer and has no pause control. It stops when you hover it, when you focus it, and whenever your device asks for reduced motion. If you find anything else, tell us and we will fix it.

Cherry Tree House is a three-storey house rather than a purpose-built centre. The training studios are on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. Because the answer to any specific access question depends on the room and the course, ring us before you book and we will tell you exactly what a given day involves rather than giving you a general answer.

There is free parking on site. If you need a particular arrangement made, tell us as far in advance as you can and we will arrange it rather than improvise it on the morning.
